Crashes on Start (Steam) nd fix? help

When trying to start the game It immediately crashes. The error is vague, so I dug deeper and find:

Now I don't know what this means exactly, its from the windows error log. I have read the forums and have tried:
Uninstall \ Re-install
Verified the game cache via steam client
run as an administrator
Added exceptions to Windows and AntiVirus for Steam folder and specifically LoX.exe
Tried all resolution options
Checked all permissions

and am freaking exhausted here....lol

I am running Windows 10 64bit. I have tried the compatibility wizard, no success. My GPU is Asus GTX 980. All display drivers are up to date.
If the solution is here in the forums I failed to find it, please let me know. Hopefully its just something easy I missed. Thanks
